This Training of Trainers (ToT) aims to equip trainers with the necessary tools to guide learning and support training on techniques for assembling a bankable business plan in the seafood sector, with a focus on blue, green and circular solutions.
The training focuses on practical knowledge and skills to develop and deliver effective training, ensuring that future entrepreneurs and MSMEs in the seafood sector can develop viable business plans that are attractive to investors.
The axes are :
– Reviewing a bankable business plan: Reviewing the elements of a bankable business plan adapted to artisanal fishing and small-scale fish processing for an MSME or startup. Cover project description, marketing aspects, economic and financial forecasting, and positioning in relation to the blue economy.
– Delivering a Bankable Business Plan Training Course: Identify the specifics and best practices for delivering a bankable business plan training course in the seafood sector. Define what is feasible and what is not in this context.
– Guide Pratique pour Monter un Plan d’Affaires Bancable: To provide a detailed guide with concrete techniques for setting up a bankable business plan in the seafood sector.
The target groups were:
– Women and young entrepreneurs in the seafood sector.
– Business support organizations (incubators, training centers).
– Intermediary organizations (Chambers of Commerce, Employers’ Organizations).
Some fifteen people took part in this training of trainers. The main objective of the FdF is to create a multiplier effect, enabling participants to deliver the same training. The pedagogical approach emphasizes andragogical techniques (simulations, role-playing, experience sharing). The training content is twofold: the specific subject of business plan development and modules on teaching skills.
