Background and objectives
The training aims to strengthen the skills of trainers in the management of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the cosmetic and medicinal plant processing sector. It combines three axes:
- Technical training: management of MSMEs.
- Knowledge transfer: pedagogical techniques for effective training.
- Sector-specific knowledge: specificities of the cosmetic and medicinal plant sector.
The training is delivered remotely and is based on the following elements:
- Methodology: the life cycleThe course is structured around three life cycles to address key aspects of MSME management:
-
-
- Company life cycle: gestation, creation, development, decline, transmission. Each stage covers legal, social and economic aspects, as well as the specific characteristics of MSMEs (size, target market, entrepreneurial project).
- Product life cycle: development, marketing, product portfolio management, health and regulatory aspects.
- Annual company life cycle: accounting management, financing, reporting, IT tools, preparation of annual accounts.
-
These cycles enable trainees to revisit key concepts from different angles, so that they can better grasp them. Practical tools (flash audits, methodological guides) are provided for immediate re-use.
-
